Mandate
The Local Government Unit of Nueva Era is mandated to adhere and implement the provisions of Republic Act 9485 or the Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007 and Republic Act 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Services Delivery Act of 2018.
Vision
The Local Government Unit of Nueva Era aims to provide the citizenry an honest and efficient delivery of frontline services and improve the ease of doing business in the community.
Mission
The Local Government of Nueva Era shall lead in establishing an effective system that will eliminate red tape, avert graft and corrupt practices. Streamlines and improve the efficiency in the delivery of frontline services, observing and promoting ethical behavior, professionalism and accountability.
Service Pledge
The Local Government Unit of Nueva Era is committed to:
- Adopt an effective government practices for efficient government service delivery and prevention of graft and corruption;
- Ensure client’s interest and satisfaction by meeting requirements, care to customer’s documents through efficient internal connectivity to achieve delivery of quality service to its intended destinations;
- Revisit, reengineer and simplify requirements and procedures to reduce red tape and expedite business and non-business transactions;
- Provide adequate assistance to the public in filing and investigating complaints against officials and employees for non-compliance to R.A. 11032 and its Citizens Charter;
- Attend to clients who are in need of the agency’s services even beyond the official working hours and during lunch break.
